This calculator is a tool which can help you determin your ideal body weight through the use of Body Mass Index (BMI). While I personally prefer to use Percentage of Body Fat as the main determinant for estimating ideal body weight, this tool is sufficient for estimating your current status and as a general guide for determining the amount of weight to remove. This tool can also assist you in determining the number of weeks which it may take to safely and succesfully remove that weight at 1-2 pounds per week.
